Dear Sir / Madam,

As per the direction of Executive Director Madam we request to arrange for conducting
training sessions from 18.06.18 to 19.06.18 for one person each from Zonal IT, Zonal Faculty
and one person from Regional IT Helpdesk from each zone totaling -39- who in turn will train all
the Regional IT Helpdesk team located at the respective -75- Regional Offices ( their training will
be carried out at respective Zonal Academy with a target to complete the exercise latest by 2nd
week of July'18).

The training on 20.06.18 will be exclusively for Data cleaning and will be attended by the
previous participants from Zonal Faculty and Zonal IT. Only Regional IT team will be replaced
by Zonal Credit officers one from each zone. The further details are as under :

1. Training needs to be conducted on 3 days i.e. from 18th to 20th of June 2018
2. The training of 18th and 19th will be attended by 39 persons comprising of -13- Regional
IT Helpdesk officer ( one from each zone), -13- Zonal IT Officers and -13- Zonal Faculty
members.
3. The training of 20th June which is focused on data cleaning will also be attended by -39-
persons comprising of -13- Zonal IT officers, -13- Zonal faculty and -13- Zonal Credit
officers.

sessions as per the schedule shared by you :

covered under this refreshment course considering the several issues ( which were earlier not
covered) and their resolution.
