Preliminaries
Each teacher prepared their classroom through displaying students’ best of work for the Portfolio
Day.
Parents were informed regarding the activity through the students.
Parents were informed to see the outputs of the students in different subject areas displayed in
the classrooms of each teacher
R E S U LTS :
Participants’ Student-participants especially the awardee enjoyed the event, they received their
Feedback awards with smile on their faces.
Parent-participants were grateful for the achievement of their children, they were
happy to see the outputs of the students displayed in the classroom by the teachers
Parents were also interested to ask feedback on the performances of the students.
Methodology
Information dissemination.
Recognition Day
The activity started with an opening program. Parents, students and teachers were gathered in the
school’s covered court. After the inspirational message of the speaker, awarding of certificates to the
honor students followed.
Portfolio Day
Parents visited each classroom to see outputs of the students. Some parents ask teachers regarding
the feedback on students’ performances. After seeing the outputs, each teacher held a meeting on
their respective parents of their advisory class. Parents were informed regarding the performance of
the students through a meeting and signing of cards.
2. Resource Person
Mrs. Mary Ann O. Moreno served as the speaker for the Recognition day, she delivered her
speech very inspiring both for the students and the parents.

3. Audience Participation
Give appreciation to the awardee with their parents through clapping of hands.
6. Logistical Arrangements :
Self- provision of snack for the participants.
The financial obligation e.g. certificates, and stage backdraft were charged against School
MOOE.
