Project Details (Academic project)
DESIGN & STATIC ANALYSIS OF WALKING SEGWAY
Description:-The main aim was to design a mechanism called as “THEO JANSEN”
mechanism using CATIA V5 software & Statically Analyzing the mechanism to check
the quality of material used in the mechanism using Ansys 14.5 software.
Role and Responsibilities :
1) Procurement of requirement and inspection of quality for giving a specific end
product.
2) Complete designing, operation production and maintenance of the quality of product
as per quality standards
3) Process to maintain the quality of process function which involves tracing the path as
required.
4) Reporting day to day process results to the project supervision.
5) Final testing of the completed project to access the performance as per the quality
standards.

1. Qualified QC (Quality Control) Engineer as per the ASNT (American Society for
Non Destructive Testing) Level II, ASME (The American Society of Mechanical
