    PROJECT SCOPE STATEMENT

    Project Title: Food-E (Theme Restaurant) Date Prepared:: 24-March-2018


    Product Scope Description

    This project is user friendly and technology innovative is the history of Pakistan. This project will
    mainly focus on quee les service and provide entertainment during waiting after placing order and
    make fun with attractive display when placing order on the 3D view fully multigesters table.

    Project Deliverables

    Expensive and Beautiful Crockery.


    Clean Kitchen .
    Fancy and wall decorated Interior.
    Hardwase and Software interface.
    Quee Less service ,Self order,Self taste selection ,Self size of bread selection,enlarge the size of
    bread by self on the same table .

    Project Acceptance Criteria

    User friendly environment.


    Order through Hardware and software interaction on the table first time in Pakistan.
    The serving time of order for is displayed on the screen for the user satisfaction.
    During waiting of order. User can play/watch games and movies on the same order screen.
    Greeting message on table when order is ready to serve.
    Food quality will be exceptional, cleanliness will be priority
    Prices will be as per standard ,No additional charges .

    Project Exclusions

    No online delivery through 3rd party.


    No Smoking area due to stop people to smoke.
    No Valet Parking.
    No Desi food. Only basic fast-food and pizza of every taste and self-decorated.

    Project Constraints

    Availability of Place at most busy street to attract people when they are hungry.
    Maximum Capactity issue at the time of any deal or Ramadan packages.
    Shortage of labor’s in any gazette holiday.
    If Staff is not experienced or not basic educated .
    Load shedding Issue. Time duration to shift on generator or any other alternative.
    Shortage of raw material for food and sauces .

    Project Assumptions

    No GST(tax) increase till next 2 years.


    Available 24/7 door to door delivery.
    Available all ingredients whenever required at any time.
    No Illegal Place/China cutting property issue. /Authorize space no extra space occupied whose
    documentation is not present.
    Resources/labor’s/staff are not involved in any criminal activities.
