Objectives:
1. To help learners understand the lesson by letting them summarize the previously
discussed lesson;
2. To brought out their critical thinking skills by relating the lessons to the current
issues; and
3. To showcase their creativity through art by expressing their own thoughts using
simple drawings.

Materials:
1. Folded Long Bond Paper
2. Writing Materials
3. Drawing Materials
4. Book/Notes

Instructions:
1. Ask the students to make their own output/module per lesson by sharing their own
learnings and understanding of the lesson.
2. Give the format in doing it (see attached) but do not impose what they should
need to write on the module.
3. Let the students use their creativity by designing the modules to be done. As much
as possible, encourage the students to make the module handwritten and not to
print pictures. This will really help them understand the lesson because they will
be the one to write it.
4. Encourage them to write based on what is the medium of instruction of your
subject.
5. This can be done as an assignment or you can allot 30-60 minutes of your last day
of discussion for the certain lesson for them to make the module.
6. If it happened that you noticed the learners making similar/exact wordings, you
will still be able to achieve the 1st and 2nd objectives.
7. You may ask them to do this every after lesson or before major exams.

Contents:
1. Lesson Title – this will be the lesson’s original tile, ask the students to make their
own subtitle of the lesson which can be a Phrase, Word, or Question.
2. Keywords – the learners will use 5 keywords for their module which will give a
hint of what will be the content.
3. Core Questions – the learners will write core questions about the lesson. They
must write questions having some of the W&Hs (What, Why, Who, How).
4. Reflection – the learners will write a reflection on the topic, this will be based on
their own understanding of the lesson as to how they can use or relate it to the
current events/issues.

5. Terms – the learners will choose 3 to 5 terms from the lesson which they will
define as how it was defined in the lesson. Note: Definitions must be given based
on the term’s denotation, as much as possible do not let them make their own
definition for it might confuse them later on.
6. Core Understanding – in this part, the learners will answer the core questions
they have written. The answer should be in paragraph form and they must give
examples as much as possible.
7. Life Thoughts – the learners will write their own motivational thoughts based on
the lesson which will have an impact in their life.

to the topic. Let them give title and a sentence of explanation of what is their
drawing all about.
