    AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

    That I, JOSE BLAZA JR., of legal age, Filipino, married Eliza Arenzana,
    resident of and with postal address at Mamonit, Mayantoc, Tarlac, after having been
    duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

    That I am the absolute owner of one (1) parcel of land covered by OCT No.
    P-19763 of the land records of the Province of Tarlac.

    That I am the owner and tiller of the said property, and that there is no other tenant
    thereon or any part thereof.

    That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with the provisions of Presidential


    Dec. No. 7, dated October 21, 1972, and for the purpose of Transferring of Title.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this ________________
