    1)- Time of Shipment: March,2018

    2)- Packing:Flexitank

    3)-Port of shipping: LIANYUNGANG, CHINA

    4)-Term of Payment: 30% deposit in advance, balance against copy of B/L

    5)-Price: The unit price in U.S dollars per metric tonne, FOB Lianyungang, China, shall be
    USD 660/mt without saybolt or any other test report cost.

    6)-Guaranteed specs: FFA 5 max:-USD 1/MT for each 0.1% excess.


    M&i 2 max: -USD1/MT for each 0.1% excess.
    Iodine value 90 min: -USD1/MT for each 0.1% excess.
    Sulphur 60 ppm max: -USD1/MT for each 0.1% excess.
    7)-Quantity: 110MT +/- 10% operational tolerance, in flexitank, basis on B/L quality, in one
    shipment lot.
    8)-Quality: Quality will be determined at loading as per certificate issued by Saybolt, at
    buyer’s option and costs.

    9)-Force Majeure: The Seller shall not be held responsible if they, owing to Force Majeure
    cause or causes, fail to make delivery or to make delivery within the time stipulated above.
    However, in such a case, the Seller shall inform the Buyer by fax immediately. At request of
    the Buyer, the Seller shall send to the Buyer by registered letter a certificate attesting the
    existence of such a cause or causes.

    10)-Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution of this contract
    shall be settled through negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the case shall be
    submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing
    (CIETAC) for arbitration. The award rendered by the arbitration board shall be final and
    binding on both parties. The arbitration expenses shall be borne by the losing party unless
    otherwise awarded by the board.
