    I. OPLAN KALUSUGAN SA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ONE HEALTH WEEK


    II. RATIONALE

    The Department of Education issues Deped Order no. 28, s. 2018 entitled “Oplan Kalusugan sa
    Department of Education (OK sa Deped)” which aim to promote and provide all learners and DepEd
    personnel with a sustainable holistic school health and nutrition program towards healthier behaviors
    and better learning outcomes.
    One of the highlight of OK sa DepEd is the conduct of One Health Week showcasing major
    school health and nutrition programs: School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), National Drug Education
    Program (NDEP), Adolescent Reproductive Health Education (ARH), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene
    (WASH) in Schools (WINS), and Medical, Dental, and Nursing Services. Other school health and nutrition
    programs not stated are conducted in support to this major health programs.
    With this, Bayugan City Senior High School Stand Alone will conduct the OK sa DepEd One
    Health Week on July 22-26, 2019 as planned by the OK sa DepEd Technical Working Group which will be
    participated by G11 and Grade 12 Learners, and DepEd personnel.
