1. I will ask you to tap on the table. Copy what I do. (Tap with pencil) This is a tap. Now your turn.
2. Let us tap the sound in my name. Ex. DI-NA ( 2 taps on the table, 1 for each syllable)
3. Then ask the child to tap the sounds in his/ her name.

what you are going to flash the cards to the student at a rate of one or two words per second in the
order in which that appear from the line. After you have completed the flashing of the cards, play
back the tape and mark the answer sheet with a ( ) for con and a (-) for incorrect responses.
