JU: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, my group is going to talk about classic vehicles.
As we all know each vehicle has its history at the time of its creation, so it is very interesting
to know data about these vehicles. At some point these vehicles were the sensation of
many year old Nowadays, they are now relics and some of these vehicles are very
expensive. The older the vehicle, the more expensive it is and they are very attractive
because it is not normal to see classic vehicles circulating frequently today.

Now each of my colleagues is going to talk about these classic vehicles and their history.

SF: SF: The Classic Cars Club was born in 1990 due to the interest of a group of friends to preserve
the automotive jewels of Ecuador. The headquarters is located in Quito.
Has brought in 1995, The club acquired is legal status with the name Club of Ancient and Classic Cars
of Ecuador. Throughout these 24 years of life that the Club has, developed a series of social and
sports events, gathering true automotive relics that constitute an important part of the historical
and technological heritage of our country.
Datsun 1200
FC: Datsun, is a car manufacturer of Japanese origin. In the Ecuador the cars is classic and very
commercial.
The first history of the Datsun brand took place in 1912, when the Japanese engineer Masujiro
Hashimoto decided to apply his knowledge acquired in the United States in order to produce a 100%
Japanese manufacturing car. For this, he got financial backing by partnering with businessmen
Kenjiro Den, Rokuro Aoyama and Meitaro Takeuchi, who provided the capital with which Hashimoto
launched his plan.
CLASSIC CARS
DM: In 1999, an agreement was signed for the assembly of vehicles with AvtoVAZ of Russia, under
which the production of the Niva vehicle in Ecuador began in 2000. Its production is stopped
definitively in 2009, after the decline in sales of said model.
The Lada 4x4 (Niva) is a 3.7-meter long off-road vehicle with three doors. Lada sells this model since
1976 without major technical changes or aspect. It is noted that it is an old car by the appearance
of coating materials, buttons and controls
VOLKSWAGEN 'PICHIRILO'
VT: Good afternoon, I want to thank the organizers for this invitation this afternoon. I will
comment on the Volskwagen.
A few weeks ago, the day of the famous Volskwagen was celebrated, exactly on June 22.
Over the years, many nicknames have been given to this car such as Beetle, Pichirilo, Vocho. The
mind behind his creation was Adolf Hitler.
Hitler wanted it to be a spacious car, capable of transporting two adults and three children.

is a car very popular in united states because your design is amazing and your motor very, very
power, this car can top speed to 140 mph.
IA: Finally, I going to talk about AVEO OF STREET, they make up a group, this
group is a Cuenca´s club.
Diego Valdez is the president or representative of this club, he is my friend in the
UPS, he started this club two years ago in that this club is about a tuning lovers
only in the Chevrolet brand cars Aveo model.
Actually this club has 16 members in Cuenca, Diego told me that this club is also
in Cúcuta- Colombia, and they have contact between them.
Normally They attend different events or contest of tuning. Now they have a trophy
wined the last year in a contest.
