Subject:- Application for German National Visa for Bachelor Study

Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to submit my Application for long term National Visa along with this letter as I have
been admitted at “ Arden University Berlin” for Bachelor in Human Resource Management.
This program will be taught entirely in English and for the duration of 3 years.
There are Tuition Fees of 7000 Euros per year of my course. The Induction Week of my
Course starts from 2nd September, 2019.
I intend to finance my Tuition Fees in Germany through an Education Loan from Axis Bank. I
have opened a Blocked Account with Coracle in terms of carrying out the expenses of my stay
in Germany.

As mentioned in the Checklist, I am attaching the following documents in support of my


Application:
1. Visa Application Form.
2. Declarations
3. Copy of Passport’s Data page.
4. Letter of Admission.
5. Proof of opening of Blocked Account.
6. All semester Marksheets and Provisional Certificate.
7. 10th and Diploma Certificates.
8. German Language Level A1, A2, B1, B2.1 Certificates.
9. Proof of Financial Means – Student Loan Sanction Letter and Blocked Account Money
Transfer Receipt.
10. Student Questionnaire.
11. IELTS Certificate
12. Proof of Travel Health Insurance
