Product : SAP Enterprise Version - ECC 6.0 – FI Data Migration
About Client : Visakhapatnam Port is one of the leading major ports of India. The Port is located on the
east coast of India in between Chennai and Kolkata. The Port has three harbours viz., outer harbour,
inner harbour and the fishing harbour. The outer harbour with a water spread of 200 hectares has 6
berths and the inner harbour with a water spread of 100 hectares has 18 berths.
Solution Implementation :
The integration impact with the new financials was analyzed and a systematic solution approach was
designed streamlining some of the accounting processes. A prototype was created to demonstrate the
features and functions . The ability to crate balance sheets for entities, such as ‘Segment’ with real-time
document splitting for multiple characteristics has been emphasized. Real-time reconciliation of
Management Accounting (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI) with the real-time integration with
Controlling. Best Practices Chart of Accounts is designed to standardize the accounts used for
management of the organization. Efficient solutions were designed for the legacy data conversions,
upload of GL balances, the AP and AR open items.

About Client : Veda BioFuel Limited (VBFL) is setting up a 120 KLPD Distillery unit at Nadipalli Village,
Pusapatirega Mandal, Vizianagaram Dist, Andhra Pradesh India. The products are Extra Neutral
Alcohol , Ethanol , Impure Sprit , DDGS and Food Grade CO2.

Solution Implementation:
1. Variant configuration is particularly helpful in an environment where there are a large number
combinations of components in the finished product.
2. Data cleansing and Migration from legacy system into various SAP modules.
3. Efficient solutions were designed for the legacy data conversions, upload of GL balances, the AP
and AR open items.
4. Asset accounting module was efficiently implemented taking in to consideration the Local and
Leading ledger valuation of Assets. Designed the Transaction types and Depreciation postings to
GL in Asset accounting for posting to Leading and Local Ledgers in New GL as per the customer
specific requirements.

residential ,retail , hospitality and mixed-use properties.

Solution Implementation:
SAP offers fully integrated and real-time debtors, creditors, cash book, general ledger and financial reporting.
Its extensive scope includes rent collection, space management, lease management, facilities / maintenance
management, customer relationship management (CRM), asset register, budgets and asset management. On
an operational level, it ensures that the right amounts are billed and collected at the right time. On a strategic
level, key performance and investment indicators are highlighted.
