The heirs of the late Emeterio request a certificate from the Revenue District Office related to tax documents required by their bank, RCBC. Specifically, RCBC requires either a tax clearance certificate from BIR or a notary certificate stating an electronic tax document submitted is accurate. While an eCAR is usually sufficient, RCBC requires more. The heirs ask the office to issue a certificate regarding this matter to satisfy RCBC and allow the transaction to proceed.
