    Re: Request for Confirmation

    Dear Engr. Gellangarin,


    Good day!
    This is in relation to our project, Bloomfields General Santos located at National Highway, Brgy.
    Labangal, General Santos City.

    We would like to inform you that we have commenced our waterline installation activities including
    PVC water main lines and cross pipe sleeve at Part 2 of the subdivision. We are in constant
    communication and appreciate the smooth coordination with your team on the inspection and
    approval of our water line activities.
    Upon our meeting with Engr. Besana, Engr. Gabales and Engr Kiko of Commercial division last
    August 6,2019, we have learned that your office will be the one to install the individual water
    service connection of our homeowners from saddle clamps, PE pipe, PE pipe fittings, and other
    materials needed for the supply of water, upon homeowner’s payment of necessary fees required
    by your office.
    In lieu of this, we would like your office to confirm what we have discussed regarding the
    installation of saddle clamp, PE pipe, PE pipe fittings and other materials for water service
    connection. Our contract with our current contractor, Southern Pine Construction (SOPINCO), on
    the Land Development works for Part 2 is a lump sum contract. These items and works were
    included in their contract to complete the project. We will deduct these items and works from lump
    sum contract with SOPINCO and advise them not to purchase these materials anymore.
