    We, the incoming 5th year Civil Engineering students, respectfully submitting to your good
    office to petition this subject, CE 424 (Geotechnical Engineering 2) to be offered for the upcoming
    1st semester class AY 2019-2020. We wish to take this subject to cope up with our regular load in
    the upcoming 2nd semester. We would like to request Engr. Carmel D. Aniga to handle the course.
    The proposed schedule will be from TF 2:30- 4:00 PM.

    Attached herewith are our names and signatures that signifies our voluntary act on the
    petition and we are willing to render voluntary contribution for the payment of the honorarium of
    the faculty who will handle the course.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday (5:00 – 9:00 pm)

    The engineering students who requested for this subject are willing to pay for the
    corresponding honorarium of the faculty handling the subject that is based on the guidelines for
    honoraria for teaching overload set by the Department of Budget and Management. The students
    are also obliged to study and work hard to pass the subject to be taken and if ever a certain student
    will not pass, he/she is assured not to protest or complain with the instructor.
