I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The PugoStyle is a food business mainly concerns with the famous street food

which is kwek-kwek with a unique twist to attract customers. The PugoStyle business

will be established as a food stall to fully indulge the street food concept. With its unique

features, combined with the best promotional and business strategies, PugoStyle will

surely boom in the run of business.

The founder of PugoStyle is Mrs. Mississippi Misi which graduated with a degree

of Bachelor in Science of Business Administration Major in Financial Management


II. MARKETING PLAN

Product Description

The PugoStyle introduced an innovated type of one of the most famous street

food in the Philippines which is the “Kwek-Kwek”. The entrepreneurs of the PugoStyle

suggested to have the quail egg as a substitute of the common chicken egg that was

used in making kwek-kwek. The PugoStyle’s kwek-kwek unique feature includes

varieties of colors, to attract customers, the pugostyle made the kwek-kwek

instragammable. Aside from the unique appearance, the pugostyle’s kwek-kwek does

not disappoint you in terms of “taste”, it will still taste just like a traditional kwek-kwek

that Filipino’s loved.

The entrepreneur does not only care about profitability, but they also ensure the

quality and the benefits of the product to the customers. The entrepreneur choose quail

egg as their main ingredient because it would improve our eye vision, it is found that

there is a high level of vitamin A found in quail eggs, which means that is helps protect

vision. Apart from that, it balances cholesterol levels, stimulate growth, reduce blood

pressure, cleanse the body, prevent chronic disease, treat some allergies and lastly it

boosts metabolism.

Customer

The PugoStyle’s target market are the students of Holy Cross of Davao College

but it does not only limit to the students, it also welcomes the teachers, visitors, workers

to indulge in the newly innovated kwek-kwek of pugo style.


Location

Entrepreneur of PugoStyle’s would like to situate inside the Holy Cross of Davao

College to sell the unique product and due to the large population of the HCDC, it is

surely the best fit to sell the product.

Pricing Structure

The selling price of the product will be based on the cost used in producing the

kwek-kwek. But the Entrepreneurs will ensure its affordability due to the fact that the

large part of the customers will be students.

Promotion

PugoStyle will promote the product by establishing a promo in the day of the

opening. Everyone who will buy during the opening will be given one free cup of juice.

Apart from that, the PugoStyle will promote the product through social media specifically

in the known page of HCDC to introduce the product to the students.

Entrepreneur of PugoStyle expects to sell at least 800 pieces of quail egg a day,

that would add up to 4,800 pieces of quail egg a week, by month that is expected to be

19,200 pieces of quail egg and by year it is expected to sell 230,400 pieces of quail

eggs.

The selling price of the product is 15 pesos for 4 quail eggs. The product comes

with the favourite side dish of the Filipino’s which are the cucumber and seaweed with

vinegar and salt. Aside from that, the entrepreneur does not also discourage the

customers to not buy the PugoStyle's kwek-kwek individually but there would be a slight

change of the price. 1 kwek-kwek quail egg would sum up to 4 pesos.


III. PRODUCTION PLAN

The PugoStyle’s kwek-kwek are made up of boiled quail egg that is coated with

flour mixed with pepper and food coloring that will be later on deep fried in a deep fryer.

Process in making kwek-kwek

Step 1. Place the flour in a container and dredge the boiled quail eggs which was boiled

for 8 minutes, then set is aside.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper then mix thoroughly.

Step 4. Place the qual egg in the mixing bowl and coat it with the mixed flour, pepper

and food coloring.

Step 5. Heat the pan/deep fryer with oil for 1 minute

Step 6. When the oil is hot enough, deep fry the quail eggs from the mixing bowl using a

tong.

Step 7. After 2 minutes, remove the fried quail eggs from the plan and put it in the

strainer to remove the excess oil.

Step 8. The PugoStyle kwek-kwek is now ready to serve!

The overall time process to make the PugoStyle’s kwek-kwek would add up to 15

minutes with an average of 50 pieces of kwek-kwek to be made.

Service Process

The PugoStyle will have a stall to cater all of the customers. But it will not have

tables and chairs for the customers. The customers are expected to fall in line to order

the product.

The Entrepreneur established partnership with a farm that contains and sells

quail eggs, and also established partnership with an oil vendor with a promise of

discount that the entrepreneur can avail.


IV. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

The PugoStyle business is a sole proprietorship that was established by Mrs

Mississippi Misi. And the owner will be the one who will handle the entire situation of the

business and will be hands on with the PugoStyle.
