    Introduction

    The society has been dramatically changed with the evolution of technology. From the
    invention of the light bulb to internet, technology has surely proven itself to be very beneficial to
    man, if not necessary. In order to attain an accurate and more efficiently effective outputs, people
    depend on working with various types of technology; one of which is the computer, wherein one
    could store information and easily access data. Computer can also compute numerous problems
    in a a given time. One can also connect to every corners of the world using the computer
    through online chatting and emails and sending documents would be as easy as one-tap and a
    click. Due to its countless of advantages, a number of professionals are now currently using
    computers to minimize the time required to work on a task while maximizing the quality of its
    outcome.

    Over the years, computer evidently appears to be of greatly beneficial in the field of
    education and classroom management. It helps the teacher to provide a quality intructional
    materials such as powerpoint presentations of reports. It also aids the students in making their
    research much more accessible and convenient. Also, it serves as a vast-open sources, a library of
    all-in-one informations, reason why it's consider as the best way to to record student’s marks,
    attendance, percentage and other related calculations in an organized and sufficient way. Through
    an online class recording system, the students will be able to monitor their performance level and
    their class standing while reducing the task of the teacher in evaluating the student's everyday
    activities.

    Though this two methods were proven to be effective through time but currently, appears
    to be inefficient due to its vulnerability as such in human error, impending delays and other
    discomforts. One of which is during the end of semesters since there's this constant delay in
    producing the final grades, the students were asked to use their midterm grades in the enrolment
    process, and those who were not able to garner the passing rates in some of their courses that has
    pre-requisites have to look for those professors on that said courses to ask for their signatures to
    verify that he/she were able to passed the course before he/she can simultaneously go on with
    other steps in the enrolment process or if not he/she has to wait patiently (as patient as patient
    can be) for about a weeks or so (which could be a week before the class officially starts) which
    hinders the students in getting the break they were promised to savour which they can, that is the
    last minute or so. For the teachers, the burden of having every student's performance be
    evaluated frequently add up to their stressful task when they should devote most of their time in
    imparting their knowledge to their students not to consistently rely on those figures to measure
    the ability of each students,for most cases numbers fail to quantify the learnings of the students.
    For the parents, who wants to make a follow up with regards to their child's academic
    performance, they have to look for the advisers or professors before getting what they ask for.

    This web application adopts the present pre-defined class-recording template of the
    College with some modifications and enhancements. Some of its functions may consist tracking
    of existing class records by both the teachers and students which basically includes scores on
    major exams, quizzes, assignments, oral recitations, outputs, projects and such. The breakdown
    of numbers that corresponds the shown final grade on the automated class recording system can
    give the students a summary of explanation on why and how were they given such academic
    results without asking the teachers personally. Also, this automated class recording system has
    login module to secure and make the data of the students confidential. Thus, this CBA
    Automated Class Recording System will certainly help to establish effective class management
    within the department.
