    Interpretation:
    The table shows that 35%-65% of the test takers got 26 items correctly while 15%-34% of the test
    takers got the remaining 24 items.. This means that the 35%-65% of the test-takers achieved average
    mastery level and 15%-34% achieved low mastery level.
