    I am to state that after the revision in the fee structure .
    disability as per provision In,the Persons with
    for waiver of such fees in respect of students with
    Disabilities(Equal Opportunities, protection of Rights and Full participation ) Act, 1995(`PWD
    Act' in short). The matter has been examined and it has been decided with the approval of
    chaiiman KVS that student with disabilities may be grunted exemption from payment of
    Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi and tuition fee from 1. 10.20(,9.
    The term `Disability' as per the PWD Act, 1995 means:
    (1) Blindness
    (2) (2)Low Vision means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after
    capable of using
    treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially
    assistive device;
