    CHANGING THE MEASUREMENT UNIT

    By pressing key, toggling display units between INCH and


    METRIC can be done

    MECHANICAL ZERO POINT ADJUSTMENT FOR AXIS

    Press key during 1 second. Mechanical zero point value is


    shown up to time elapsed. RESET message is shown and
    mechanical zero point value transferred to display when time
    elapsed.

    Also mechanical zero point value transferred to display if RESET


    contact closed for at least 50 msc. (not guarantee less than)

    Press key for 3 second. Mechanical zero point value will be


    displayed when time elapsed. (After RESET message)

    Desired value can be setting to use and keys as seen


    on display. (Active digit is flashing)
    Entered value is saved as mechanical zero point value when the

    key pressed and device return normally operation mode.


    (Also this value is same with P4)
    Device also return normally operation mode without saved any
    value if do nothing during 20 second.

    SETTING THE CUTTING LENGTH VALUE and CUTTING OPERATION

    Cutting Length value changed by and keys.


    Changed value limited with P7 parameter. Time calculated with
    formula (P6[sc]*ChangedValue[m])/(P7[m])+(P5[sc]) according to
    changed value.
    As soon as closing the CUTTING START external contact, wait for
    the calculated time than CUTTING ENABLE relay is energised.
    Energy of relay is cut as soon as opening the CUTTING START
    contact.
    SETTING MACHINE PARAMETERS

    key is pressed for 5 second. Parameter number is displayed


    in the CUTTING LENGTH display, content is displayed in AXIS
    display.

    Parameter value set by and keys. key is pressed


    for changed value saved and increment parameter number.

    Exit from this mode to press key.

    P5 Cutting Length Offset 0.0 – 9.9 Unit is second. Offset Time equivalent distance between 0.0
    Time shear and cutting operation start point as time. Add to
    calculated cutting length time.
    P6 Maximal Time of Cut 0.0 – 9.9 Unit is second. Equivalent Maximal Length of Cut as 9.9
    time.
    P7 Maximal Length of Cut 0.0 – 9.9 Unit is meter. Maximum cutting length for the machine. 9.9

    WARNING ABOUT POSITION DISPLAY


    Actual position value get flash when value overflow 6 digit
    depend on resolution. In this case decrement Decimal Point
    Position will sufficient.
    OFL message get flash when actual position value is out of
    normally operating range. (from -99999.999 to 999999.999)
    Mechanical reset absolutely should be done to put out device
    from this message.
