8 Load Rollers:

8 Load Rollers per side have a all of life fill with low viscosity grease (Tribol®), and as a general rule, no
maintenance is required to the rollers. Leakage is usually due to overheating of the roller or an
accumulation of material behind the duo cone seal which prevents the seal from functioning correctly.

1 Carry Roller:

1 Carry Roller per side with same principals.

When disassembling the idler, ensure the track tension pressure is released.

• Designed to assist load rollers support the weight of the machine.

• Guides track over the front of the trackframe.

• Forms part of the track tension system.

• All of life fill with low viscosity grease. (Tribol®)

No outboard support bearing allowing drive sprocket to


be removed easily, without having to remove final
drive.

Oil level is checked by positioning level plugs in outer


cover to 10 or 2 o'clock position.

Three stage planetary drive transmission.

Each final drive is fitted with one travel motor.

Each final drive is fitted with a wet disc brake.

The brake is spring applied and pressure released.

The brake release pressure is 45 bar.
