1. The vehicle shall be driven, tested (including test drive outside the workshop by a trained staff member) and stored at customer’s sole risk, responsibility
and liability.
2. We M/s.MAVERICK MOTORS(hereinafter referred to as ‘The Dealer’) take reasonable care of customer’s vehicle at all the times while the vehicle is at
our service station. However the dealer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle which is beyond the reasonable control of the
dealership like fire, theft, accident, riot, flood or any other such causes.
3. A trained staff member of the dealer service station may operate the vehicle for the purposes of repairing, testing, inspection or delivery at customer’s risk.
During the process in case of any damage to the vehicle the repair shall be carried out under the insurance of the vehicle.
4. The delivery date and time informed while admitting the vehicle by the dealer is just an indicative and not a firm commitment. However the dealer shall agree to
adhere to the delivery schedule as far as practicable and the customer shall not hold the Dealer responsible / liable for any delay in delivery or in carrying out
specialized repairs or procurement of spare parts for reasons beyond the control.
5. Customers are requested to remove all personal belongings (viz., items like CDs, mobile phones, key chains etc…) or any other valuable items from the
vehicle before handing over for repair as, the Dealer shall not take responsibility for any loss / claims in future.
6. It may not be possible to observe and document all scratches, dents and damages at the time of acceptance of the vehicle. If some are noticed during repairs,
the remarks of the person accepting the vehicle shall be final and binding on the customer.
7. Repair estimation is provided on the repair request provided by the customer and as per the initial inspection of the vehicle, however supplementary estimation
may be provided for additional jobs/parts/accessories required which in the opinion of the Dealer is essential to effectively complete the repair initially assessed.
8. We shall put our best efforts to identify full extent of damage suffered by the vehicle due to accident or water submerge or fire or any other natural calamities
and accordingly carry out repairs or replacement of damaged components. Such vehicles may not be restored to their original condition or cannot be made like
new vehicles. Few parts or systems of such vehicle may fail after sometime of usage because of unidentifiable effect of damage occurred due to the accident
or natural calamity, if any, and may show up after sometime. Such failures shall neither be treated as due to any manufacturing defects in the vehicle nor due
to any poor workmanship by the dealer.
9. The customer shall agree to take the delivery of the vehicle within 48 hours of advising regarding the completion of work. In the event of delay customers shall
have no objection in the Dealer levying INR 300 as storage charges (Rupees Three hundred only) per day along with additional charges for repair, spare parts
cost etc. if any
10. Customer shall undertake to make payment of all charges before taking delivery of the vehicle. The terms of payments are cash/credit card/demand draft in
favor of the Dealer. In the event of non settlement of bills beyond a period of 7 (Seven) days, the Dealer may levy charges with an interest of 18% per annum
on the outstanding bill amount.
11. The Dealer can exercise lien on the vehicle until all the above mentioned dues are settled to the Dealer’s satisfaction.
12. The Dealer may deliver the vehicle to the customer or any representative of the customer, whose signature appears on the Job Card or who is authorized by the
customer.
13. The Dealer may demand for an advance payment of 50 % of the total estimated cost in case of major repairs (excluding warranty repairs, if any), whether under
insurance claim or otherwise.
14. Customer shall undertake to pay an estimation charges of INR 3000 or 10% of the total estimation labor charges whichever is higher, if the repair job is not
entrusted to the Dealer after obtaining the estimate.
15. Customer shall undertake to pay for all repair work prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, subsequent reimbursements from insurance company may be made by
them directly to customer.
16. Salvage of accident vehicle must be lifted by customer along with the vehicle. Salvage/old part not claimed at the time of delivery will be disposed of by the
Dealer as scrap.
17. Any dispute and differences arising from this work order shall be settled by mutual discussion. In case if any disputes are not amicably settled, such dispute
shall be subjected to exclusively jurisdiction of courts incity of this Dealer service station.
I am the owner/ or a representative of owner of vehicle bearing registration no. TN55AL-7777. I had verified aforesaid terms and conditions. Also being agreed to the
same now giving my approval to start the necessary work in my vehicle.
