Instruction: Answer the question honestly in 5-6 sentences. (15 pts.)

1. Base from the Conceptual Framework shown above, Physical Education in College would like to
encourage the students to participate in Physical Fitness Activities not just in school but also in
society. Give some examples of fitness activities like fun run, Zumba fitness, dances and
Marathon etc. you already participated. And what other activities would you like to participate
to promote healthy and active lifestyle?
I already participated in a mountain climbing activity held at camp 7 Minglanilla Cebu, the activity
really push me on my limits thus it requires a lot of determination and also water to reach what they
called “the white cave”. It takes almost 6 and half hrs before we’ve made it to the top and witnessed
the beauty of the cave, aside from the 5 different caves we’ve entered which is the only way to
reach the cave. I also joined the “Indakan ng mga estudyante sa QC” which is a street dance
composed of approximately 40 000 students from different schools in Quezon City. Regarding with
the dance step I find it complex because the beat is too fast so basically you also need to move fast.
Lastly I am a Student athlete during my junior and senior high school, I played badminton doubles. I
only reach division meet at Quezon City and make it up until Cebu City Olympics during my 11 th
grade at ACT. For now I really wanted to join in a Marathon, I’d like to experience what I saw on
different news like “MILO Marathon” etc. And Also I want to try Bicycle riding, Tai Chi and Lifting
weights.

2. What are your Physical Fitness goals and how will these activities creates a significant impact to
yourself?
For now my Physical Fitness Goals are first lose some weight, because honestly my body shape right
now is not normal, some of my shirts right now didn’t fit anymore. Second is Go to gym, for the past
few years I already stated this plan on my new year’s resolution, but I failed. Third is Healthy Diet, I
saw on social media some amazing transformation by doing a healthy diet but upon following their
diet it only last for a days or weeks on me. Lastly to have a physically fit body, As I stated during the
first meeting that I really want to change my Self especially my weight because the reality is that you
can create more things if you don’t worry about being overweight person. It slaps but I’m not
confident to take some steps in life to show what really I can do because of body shaming. Achieving
this goals would boost my confidence to stand and show myself to everyone, Although I’m showing
myself but it limited manner.
