Sir,

WARM GREETINGS FROM TABUK CITY VETERINARY OFFICE!

For the 3rd time in the record, Tabuk City will be hosting the 2019 Regional World Rabies Day celebration
on September 25-26, 2019 with the theme: Rabies: Educate to Eliminate. This aims to intensify public
awareness and to harness barangay officials on rabies informations and concerns for better implementation
of antirabies ordinance . We will be conducting motorcade, rabies forum, dog walk and veterinary medical
mission ( spay and neuter ) .

Tabuk City posted the highest number ( 13 ) of positive rabies cases in dogs the whole Cordillera region
and 1 human confirmed case. It alarmed us much to call for your support in providing volunteer surgeons
/ veterinary corps officers under your office to share their knowledge and strategies on our spay and neuter
activity and rabies prevention and control program. Our target patients to be neutered is 100 plus heads of
dogs and cats.

We hope and pray, this merits a favourable action .

Thank you very much, God bless!

Sincerely yours,
