    2019 – 2020 ACADEMIC CALENDAR for VISITING STUDENTS 

    Please note: 

     All visiting student rotations are scheduled as 4‐week block rotations only.  
     Rotations must be scheduled based on our academic calendar (dates listed below).  
    No exceptions will be made.  
     There is a maximum of two rotations per student. 
     Remember, we give priority to our own students for scheduling electives. Therefore, 
    confirmation will not be given to visiting students more than 30‐60 days prior to the start date.

    Block 11  04/06/2020 – 05/03/2020 

    Block 12  05/04/2020 – 05/31/2020

    *Most rotations are not offered in July (Block 1) except:  
     Neurological Surgery Acting Internship 
     Orthopaedic Surgery Acting Internship  
     Otolaryngology Acting Internship 
     Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Acting Internship 
     Urology Acting Internship 

    Lastly, no switching rotations once you are confirmed.
