Part 1- Site Acquisition


Refer to the process of allocating a property for the purpose of erecting
or construction of telecommunication infrastructure, such as in
particular ground base, roof top or utilization of existing support
structures.
The process of site acquisition will involved, site visual survey, with
reference to the given search ring released by the proponent’s declared
locations, determination of appropriate detailed requirements for the
purpose of said site acquisition & zoning through permitting.
In the permitting activities, Documents obtained from site acquisition
processes will serves as part of the Building Permit Application to the
Local Government Units.

A. The Process of Site Acquisition (Applicable for each Contractor)
Provides the Data For Proposed Site Acquisition to Area Contractor
“Search ring” Properly detailed according to the (tower) requirements
Area Contractor prepare general assessment checklist for field/site profiling
Local/Office mapping based on search ring location will be made available
(To be continued by the Area Contractors involved)

Part 2- Building Permit Application

Building Permitting will be in accordance with requirements of the


building Code of the Philippines as well as in conformance with the local
planning compliance and other local laws and ordinances

be indicated in the schedule).

Building Permitting will be in accordance with requirements of the
building Code of the Philippines as well as in conformance with the local
planning compliance and other local laws and ordinances
In the Provision of National agencies on clearances;
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity / NTC

Homeowners Association Organization (HOA, for Registered)

For Non HOA, Affidavit of non-objection from major actual occupants
