when we eat. If we takes the food all day along it not good for our health cause it will effect on
our pancreas and our digestive system. Our body cant process the food properly and cannot
absorb the food or the nutrient in the food. She also tell us about the sugar burners and fat
burners. Sugar burners is a someone that consumes lot of carbohydrates and it may not help to
reduce our weight because it generates our insulin and it became higher cause the insulin
generate the fat-storing hormone. It also may cause our oxidative stress high and we have more
inflammation. While fat burners have the contrast concept with the sugar burners. The fat
burners its better cause it use our fat transform to our energy. It help to reduce our weight and
help our lifestyle such as our sleep and so on. Two-thirds of women 40-59 years old are
overweight and more than 1/2 are obese. Intermittent fasting can help women lose weight
effectively and can have profound impact on bio-physical profiles, but also improved self-
esteem and interpersonal relationships. It is easy to implement, it is inexpensive and flexible.
She also suggest to fasting around 16 hour and should start with slowly like 8 hour at the first
and increase the time period. When we do the intermittent fasting we can lose our weight
because we use our fat as our energy and it makes our insulin low. It also make our body
process call autophagy that spring cleaning our body for the cells which make our body low
blood pressure low, our level insulin low, improve our cholesterol profile and reduce our to
develop cancer in our body. This autophagy will occur during fasting only. She also advise
who not supposed to do the intermittent fasting such as pregnant woman, children, the person
who have disease, and the person who over 70 years old because it can invoke those tendencies.
When do the intermittent fasting we can fill our body with plain water, coffee and tea without
sugar. After we completely do our fasting we should aware what we want to eat. We advised
to take the healthy food and avoid with alcohol to be healthy lifestyle that help our age become
longer.

In conclusion, our lifestyle is main component to make our age become longer. We
need to do exercise at least 3 times a week. Concern about our food which the nutrient that we
eat the calories it affect our health. We should recognize our body and know what our body
needs. Before do this method we should ask with the experts such as our healthcare provider
to make sure we done properly and may not risk our life. She also suggest to do exercise in
order to rapid our body to lose weight.
