CALL TO ORDER:
The session was called to order at 2:00 p.m. An invocation was led by Hon.
Ma.Rhodora O. Batayen Raymund C. Asejo and followed by the singing of the National Anthem.

The Barangay Secretary was requested to call the roll. There were six (6)

Sk Chairman READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION:
After reading the minutes of the previous session, on motion of Hon. Rosalina O.
Pollicar and duly seconded by Hon Raymund C. Asejo, the minutes of the previous
session dated February 2, 2019 was unanimously approved as read and corrected.

Approved: PRIVILEGE HOUR:

Presiding Officer tackled about how to be a member on Pag-ibig fund especially
the over age, up to 65 years old can be a pag-ibig member. He also said that all brgy.
Officials can cooperate to do their task for our brgy. official’s fiesta activities.

Presiding officer also said that Lino Aguillon of Engineering office not yet done

the program of works because of so many assignment of project that he cannot done right
away, so its better that all brgy. Officials help to do the work in our brgy.
Presiding officer mentioned that Hon. Ma. Rhodora O. Batayen helps first to do
their task in the brgy before she asks permission to leave. He will not call the attention of if
each brgy. officials for they all know their responsibility.
Hon. Raymund C. Asejo doesn’t know where to be start of making banderetas for
he didn’t help to do the making of banderetas for brgy religious fiesta.
Hon. Rosana M. Fernandez explained that she’s in San Jose that time so she
didn’t help as well.
Presiding Officer also added that all BHW informed him to help in making a
banderetas for our fiesta décor. He also informed that all brgy tanod had also briefing from
him for instruction.
Hon. Remigio A. Bacallan said that Mr. Joe Warren Osorio had a four thousand
pesos amount (4000) for the sponsor of the drum and lyre of St. Andrews High School
students. He also said that he will provide the foods for the the student. He also added that
 aspirant candidate of Sangguniang Bayan Hon.Cynthia Pida also gave a cash of one
thousand five hundred pesos (1500) as sponsor also.
Hon. Remegio Bacallan also informed that Mr. and Mrs. Skylab Alvarez donated
two thousand pesos (P2,000) for the brgy. tarpaulin.
Hon. Rosana Fernandez added to ask for the Tanduay Agent for sponsoring
Concurred: banderetas.
Presiding Officer said that every purok leader must have a banderetas in their
respective palce. He added also that all barangay officials must attend on the day of the

Presiding Officer explained that head of the pig will be sold for the boxes of each
secta of the religious sector for two thousand pesos each (P2,000) and all the expenses will
be divided into three sectas and the price of the table P1,000 each barangay official will be

Presiding Officer also said that all must pay for the gate entrance during fiesta, no
relatives or friends will be free, all must pay. He also assigned Hon. Rosalina Pollicar for
the prayer in the vespera night.

Hon. Rosana Fernandez asked if the surrounding will be closed during the live band?
And what is the name of the band?
Presiding Officer said that the surroundings must be closed and if ever the excess of four

persons in one table, the additional chair amounted to ten pesos (P10.00) each and the gate entrance
is twenty pesos (P20.00) only each person.

COMMITEE REPORT
Ma.Rhodora O. Batayen Hon. RemegioBacallan reported about the invitation and the prayer, message of punong
Brangay Kagawad Barangay Ronnie Solangon on the disco night and second day live band. They will start at 8pm the
program proper. Opening prayer of Hon. Rosalina Pollicar and followed by introducing of the
visitors. The Ambay Gani Live band payment for their service is amounting to fifteen thousand

Barangay Kagawad Program:
February 22, 8:00 am mass and followed by baptismal.

Sk Chairman evening 8 pm start the program. He also said that children ages from 7 to 9 years old must go to

together with the Municipal Mayor Hon. Maxfil Pollicar and the incumbent SB members Hon.
Slavacion Hernaez. Hon. Remegio Bacallan added if ever there will be a brgy. Official coming, they
will be called to be the one to pin during the coronation night.
Presiding Officer reported about the seminar in Iloilo he attended that the food and
