Project 1: APAS - Aviva Pension Automation System
Role: Developer
Description: APAS (Aviva Pension Automation System) dealt with automating pension policy
information sent out to customers from a manual process. The project adopted
Agile Methodology for software development which turned out to be a huge
success. The feature team delivered customer communications and standard
policy documents as a fully completed end-to-end process for operations from
Appian that can be emailed and is stored on Content Manager. On HP Exstream,
the application was built as a 2-pass design and made use of real-time connectivity
on Mainframe to accept requests from Appian through Message Broker interface
and sending back the produced documents and consolidation report back to
Message Broker and storing them on Content Manager and triggering emails from
MB.
Responsibilities:  Gathering the business requirements and analysis of the document
specification,

Role: Developer
Description: Friends Life is now part of the larger Aviva group as part of acquisition happened
in 2015. hFL BAU deals with the ongoing Business of generating and maintaining
the heritage FL pre-sales Scheme Documents that have been designed in Exstream
and Command Center platform. The NGP (New Generation Pension), NGS (New
Generation Savings), KFD (Key Feature Document), T&C (Terms and Conditions)
documents are part of this BAU and we support both production incidents as well
as change requests. Also, we had undertaken the Re-brand of FL documents to
Aviva brand.
Responsibilities:  Coordinating the Project from offshore
 Monitoring the Kanban board for supporting production incidents as per
SLA,
 Assigning the stories/issues to team, working and closing them on time,
 Analysing the Business requirements of Change Requests and working on
them closely with the Client,
