Here are some answers to frequently asked questions that we get, so please scroll through these
to find your answer!
If you do not see the answer here, please follow the instructions at the end of the document.
• To make things easier for you as a student, we have given you the facility to download and
edit our certificate once you have completed the course. This you will find on the last lecture
within your course. Once you download it and edit it, it should format properly. HOWEVER,
sometimes the fonts do not match the latest programme that you have, so it can look
disjointed occasionally. Please see our customer support email address at the end of this FAQ
and you can email us for a copy of your certificate. Please include your name and course
studied.
• There is also a standard Udemy certificate that you get once you complete the course. This
certificate from Udemy, records the number of minutes of video that you have watched.
Obviously for the type of course you have learnt, this is not great and another reason why we
give you our certificate.
• You can have a hard copy of the certificate, if you wish. This carries an additional charge and
you can email our customer support at the email address at the end of this document if you
wish to find out more about that. Please email your name, course and your location (along
with your query!)
• We ask that if you post in the Q&A section of your course, that you keep the post to just one
post, rather than making several posts and separate messages to the instructors. This does
duplicate work and to ensure you receive the best service, please put in one post only. We
often will respond to you the same day or as quickly as we can.
