DESCRIPTION
With IRIS damper, the intensity of air flow may

be smoothly adjusted. Adjustment is done with ød

diameter of the opening in the damping orifice.
The damper is supplied with two endings which may

NYLON BAND CLIP CMN
DESIGN/USE
CMN nylon band clips are an economic alternative for

metal bands, when installing flexible ducts. Thanks
to their design and easy use, they are extremely easy
to install, make the work much faster and hold the
duct securely on connected pipe. Nylon bands can be
used within the temperature range: - 55°C to + 100°C.
They are available in lengths ranging from 550 mm to
1188 mm. If other lengths are required, bands can be
easily connected without using any tools. To tighten
nylon bands securely, it is recommended to use DIT-2
clamp tool.

SELF-ADHESIVE NAILS USE
Self-adhesive nails are used for mechanical fixing of

insulation materials on smooth surfaces of ventilation
ducts.To be used within temperature range from -40°C
to +80°C (for a short time up to 100°C).
HOW TO USE
Fix the nails when air temperature is minimum

10 °C. It is recommended to use 10 to 12 self-adhe-
sive nails per square meter.
Procedure:
• clean, dry and degrease the surface where the
nails are to be fixed
• remove paper cover and assemble nails
• cover nails with insulation
• install EC pressing blades and, if necessary,
protect nail tip with EP nylon hood

WELDING NAILS USE

Nails are fixed using welder. They are heated in that

way, to ensure enough durability, but avoid
damaging the zinc coating.

Single sided self-adhesive aluminum insulation tape.

Used in production and assembly of air condition-
ing and ventilation devices, dust removal systems as
well as heat engineering. To be applied on insulation
bends and forks, on material and mineral wool or glas
wool segment connections. Ensures a coherent alu-
minum insulation layer which prevents water from
penetrating the system. Hardly combustible according
to DIN 4102-1-B1 standard.
