    In line with the Road Clearing Program of the National Government, all barangays
    are reminded of their duties and responsibilities to continue the maintenance and
    sustainability of cleared roads of their concerned barangay.

    Further, to ensure the compliance of every barangay a monthly report shall be


    submitted to this level using the attached form. This report shall be submitted
    every 3rd working day of the subsequent month.

    Attached as well is Memorandum Circular No. 2019-167 entitled “Supplemental


    Issuance to the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-121 re: Presidential
    Directives during the 4th State of the Nation Address of the President to Clear Roads
    from Illegal Structures and Obstructions” for your reference.
