My Hometown, Tanah Merah

Although town of Tanah Merah is small town , it holds a special place in my heart
because this is the town where i was born before in early 2002 at Hospital Tanah
Merah after the comunist tried to exploid my hometown. I love everything belongs
my hometown where i was born and grew in 17years . In front of my house , there
are big playground . It’s combination playground structure for small children. I
love to live here because the environment is so comfortable and make me always
splendid in here . Also love friendly people , too. I loves my hometown,because i
was raised there. I am personally used to this place and I have become very
comfortable with it. I have created some very pleasant memories here.

There are many places of interest in my hometowm. Firstly,a tourist would be


interested to go lata human.The place has beautiful views.This place aslo has
many amenities such as cafes,grocery stores and more.This place is not far from
city just 25 kilometers away.This place also offer many activities su as
bathing,jungle exploring,jogging and more.

Besides,the town also has a beautiful place which is e putera valley.This area is
very popular in this city.This because it has a interesting city such as having a
beautiful palace whish causes many people to take pictures there.In addition,the
area also has a swimming pool and chelet.This allows touriststo visit the area.This
place can also be a camp for students from all over the world to hold camps as they
have the convenience of camping.They can also do many interesting activities such
as jogging, kayaking, fishing, flying fox and many others.

Thirdly,the city also has interesting highlands such as bukit panau.This place is
not far from our school only 13 kilometers.There we can do many beneficial thing
like jogging,hiking and more.This enable our body to be healthy and strong.Besides
that,we can also take picture because the scenery there is so beautiful.In addition,
we can also visit the historic area of the area as it has a teachers'tomb dpfar a
famous Asian hiker called hang tuah.

As the conclusion, this city has many interesting places that we need to visit even
though it is just a small town.We as the citizen of this city must be proud to have
born in this unique city.

1. Although Tanah Merah is a small town,it holds a special place in my heart for
this town places for me.It's like I cant go on my life without Tanah Merah however
it's just a small town.I growing in this district from Fetus until now.That's
why,Tanah Merah is special places for me.More than that,is also a historical
town.Tanah Merah is a capital kingdom called chih tu.Cinese Sui Dynasty annals
of the 7th century of describe an advanced kingdom called chih tu in area now
called kelantan.

2. There are many places of interest in my hometown.Firstly,a tourist would be


interested to go putera valley.This places is to famous in area Tanah Merah.It's
Located about 1.5km from SMK Dato Mahmud (2)school.Many kind of activities
can tourist do when they came to this activities can tourist do when they came to
this town.For example,flying fox,swimming,kayak activity and more.Secondly,for
tourist who like to camping or more,they cam go to Telaga Bijih Waterfall.This
places surrounding with jungle.So,the tourist who liked adventure or survival life
can go to this places.

3. One of the hightlight for a tourist would be it's flyover construction.However,it


sound not intrresting at all because flyover construction has familiar to people who
live in the big city even more than that.However,Tanah Merah just a small town
but still able to built a flyover in area Tanah Merah town.It means small town like
Tanah Merah had progress to become a big city soon.That's why tourist attract to
this small town.

4. If you are looking for more excitement,then head to places named Lata
Hujan.This places is about 20km from the school.This place is suitable for tourist
who like activities that involving physical body.For example,jungle
treckking,hiking,also can explore a flora and fauna and more.

5. The conclusion,this places haved many attractions although is just a small


town.That is why I am so proud to have such an awesome hometown.I hope it will
become capital city oneday.

Although Taman Seri, Kota Bharu is a small town, it holds a special place in my
heart for this is the town where I was born. The conservative city of Kota Bharu is
the capital of the state of Kelantan. Kelantan is part of federation where an islamic
majority party is in power for many years. Kota Bharu is also a historical town. I
love to live here because the environment is so comfortable.

There are many places of interest in my hometown. Firstly, a tourist would be


interested to go beautiful and vibrant markets and mosques. Also interesting are
tge various museums, the old royal palace and former royal buildings in the center
of town.
One of the highlights for a tourist wolud be participate in the activities such as
River Cruise along Sungai Galas, explore the Gua Ikan Caves, a visit to the Stong
Waterfall and so on.

Last but not least, my town is a very sophisticated place to visit and I will
recommend anyone who is visiting Kelantan to explore my town. I am so proud to
have such an awesome hometown.

Although Tanah Merah is a small town, it holds a special place in my heart


for this is the town where I was born. Tanah Merah or ‘Tanoh Meghoh ‘used to be
a small town, but has seen major changes in the last decade. The landscape of
Tanah Merah is greatly influenced by the Kelantan River and this town is also a
historical town. Those old buildings are the face of this town, they reflect the
changes that happened in this town over time, they reflect wars and the prosperity
of the society.

There are many places of interest in my hometown. Firstly, a tourist would be


interested to go to The Guillemard Bridge. This single-track railway truss bridge
located in Kusial. This rustic but magnificent bridge was built in 1925 and was
officially opened by the Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad IV. The scenery from this
bridge is breath-taking, the tourist can see the river from the bridge. Today, The
Guillemard Bridge is a place where people come to shoot their wedding photo.

One of the highlights for a tourist would be Bukit Bunga Free – Trade Zone.
Bukit Bunga is a border village of the Malaysia-Thailand border in Kelantan. This
place has the feel of a truck stop. There are roadside stalls selling goods made
domestically and also imported products from Thailand. So, the tourists can buy
their souvenirs here at unbelievable prices. At the same time, people who come to
Bukit Bunga can also get refreshments from the stalls selling drinks and fresh
fruits.

If you are looking for more excitement, then head to Putera Valley Resort. This
place is the best place to satisfy your holiday and create a precious memory with
your family and friends. If you are looking for a place to release tension, a place to
hang out with your family, Putera Valley Resort is the best place for you. This
resort provides chalet and a lot of exciting activities such as flying fox, paintball,
water crossing, abseiling and many more. So, the tourists can enjoy their holiday
with all these activities.

The conclusion is, even Tanah Merah is a small town. There are so many
interesting places in this town and I am proud to have such an awesome hometown.

Although Tanah Merah is a small town,it holds a special place in my heart for this
is the town where I was born.Well,it holds within it a memorable history as it tells
how hard it was for the natives to build the town themselves to make Tanah Merah
more developing.

Guillemard Bridge is also a historical town.The bridge is 6km from the Tanah
Merah town and 4 km from our school.It is a single track railway truss bridge.Built
in 1925.The bridge officially opened by the Almarhum Sultan Muhammad
IV.There,we can capture a great scenery as we can see a river clearly under the
bridge.

There are many places of interest in my hometown.Firstly,a tourist would be


interested to go Lata Hujan which is only 20.5 km from our school.This place was
officially opened to everyone after the Independence of Malaya in 1957.Here,we
can catch a beautiful sight-seeing of the nature like a crystal clear waterfall and
fresh environment.A big dorm for families to stay overnight is also prepared that
people can spend a great time together.

One of the highlights for a tourist would be Telaga Bijih Waterfall because it's
one of tin mining places. There are interesting parts to visit such as waterfall,
camping site, a breathtaking view,and a small pond for children . Some of the
interesting activities that can be done at Telaga Bijih Waterfall are jungle
trekking, night walk, picnicking, camping and so on.

If you looking for more excitement,then head to Bukit Bunga Free - Trade
Zone.It's situated 30km from Tanah Merah along the East-West highway which
links Kelantan and Perak.There is also shopping area with stalls selling variety of
goods made domestically at unbelievable prices.So,we can shopping and eating the
different types of food. I am so proud to have such an awesome hometown.

My Hometown (Shahirah Aina, Nasrin, Hadirah , A'liah)


Although Kota Bharu is a small town, it holds a special place in my heart for this
is town where I was born. Kota Bharu is also a historical town because there are
unique architecture of the old royal palaces and formal royal building in the centre
of town. It is showing the identity of Kota Bharu.
There are many places of interest in my hometown. Firsty, a tourist would be
interested to go to Museum Islam. It will tells the tourist all about the religious
fevor in Kota Bharu and tourist can learn more about the history of Islam in
Kelantan.
If you are looking for more excitement, then head to Jungle Railway. The railway
runs along the east coast and through the centre of Malaysia and passes through
Kelantan when it stops at the city of Tumpat. When you travel on the railway, you
can spend time to enjoy and relax by looking for an amazing jungle scenery.

My lovely hometown is at Taman Keramat , Ampang . A town which is located at


Kuala Lumpur . I love to live here because the environment is so comfortable and
make me always splendid in here . Also love friendly people , too . I love everything
belongs my hometown where i was born and grew in 17years . In front of my house
, there are big playground . It’s combination playground structure for small
children. I love to views from the window of my house, which is the ground full
with children’s laughs, love the peace of the simple life here.

There are the mosque in front of the playground. So as a muslim, i am glad and
proud to be here. Ampang has attracted a lot of foreign tourists because of its
unique climate, landscape and the lifestyle of people here. Tourists who have come
here are all fascinated by everything except for the accommodation.

Last but not least, i love to live here . And that’s the reason every week I going
back from Kelantan to Ampang . Like Clementine Paddleford quotes in American
Journalist, “We all have hometown appetites. Every other person is a bundle of
longing for the simplicities of good taste once enjoyed on the farm or in the
hometown he or she left behind”.
