In sept. 2016, Narayan Agrawal and there partners have company
Agrawal papad private limited. It is since 60’s and it is growing
company. This company is make several papads, namkine and instant
mixes or ready to make. It started in MP but also in others states of
India. It started as a 420. It has a spices like masala papad wuth is
spread by onion , tomato etc. it is making by the house wife and there
are a group of people it might be friends or neighbours. Now, it will be
make in industry also n it make by hand made papad or a group which
is called by mahila griha udyog at Mumbai for this there are so many
others company which are competitors of them.
SET UP A SHOP:-
For the setting of the shop he is gathering near by neighbors which they
know about the rolling of papad which is openend by giving rent of
some rupees and he involved there family members in this business.
There brand name start by the name of surana and parag. They make
the strategies for making success in the market and make different in
the market.
Hukum chand is very prominent towards his work he is thinking that
make good quality and take feedback by the customer which is benefit
to the business because they know about that what they have to make
changes in the product for the growth of the business.
After some time he is married and he has a dal mile which is make by
magodi and papad which are expansion of the business.
He has four, five members which they have telephone and scooter and
he have a friend which is partnership of his business.
As he busy with the with dal mills project there papad business is
reduce so he is asking with him family member to manage the business
of papad.
GROWING IN MARKET:-
In market its products are good growing because there quality and
customer like the products and they added so much products so it is
different from there competitors. Day by day they are increasing and
they used modern technology in their products.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths: -
1) Product price is cheap in starting.
2) Quality of product is good.
3) People know about the product by the company to customer.
4) Product made by MMP & HMP
5) Support of there family.
Opportunities: -
1) To make better product by the competitors’.
2) Differ product make benefit for the company.
3) To maintain two, three business.
Weakness: -
1) Packing defect of products.
2) Not set a proper strategy to make benefit for the company.
3) It made by hand n groups so it take time for making products.
Threat:-
1) They have lots of competitor’s in the market.
2) Similar products are there so many.
Conclusion: - in the company so many competitors’ and products which
are similar but hoe to make different in market it is different. It is
possible only to make proper strategies and give work in a team which
is benefit for the company and use of market which are focus in the
growth.
