The Bridgewater School, Inc.
Siniloan, Laguna

Madam,

Greetings in the name of public service!

One of the mandates of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is the PREVENTION of
destructive fires. With this bearing in mind, the BFP has continuously, through the years,
improved its plans and actions indispensable for the attainment of its mandates. One
which highlights the aforementioned is the celebration of month-long annual Fire
Prevention Month which is held every March with this year’s theme “MATUTO KA.
Sunog Iwasan Na!”

In this regard, we are humbly asking your school to conduct Poster making (Grades 7 –
12), essay writing contest (Grades 7 – 10) and drawing contest (Grades 1 - 6). This
station will provide a standard size illustration board, and pupils are encouraged to use
their own drawing materials to which they are comfortable. Top two winners in each
category from your school will participate in the municipal wide contest, bringing along
with them their winning artwork and winning piece, which will be held at Siniloan
Evacuation Center on February 20, 2020 (Thursday) from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.

We look forward to your active participation to make the event a successful and
meaningful one. You can go through the details and mechanics of the contest in the
attached documents. Feel free to contact us for questions and/or clarifications.

Thank you and we are eagerly looking forward to your participation.

Respectfully,

SFO4 Luis P Andaya, BFP
