POWER OF ATTORNEY:

BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY dated the 25th day of January in the year of our Lord
Two Thousand and Nineteen, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, JOHN
SNOWY, Businessman of No. 31 Elementary Lane, in the Ward of Couva, in the Republic of
Trinidad and Tobago HEREBY NOMINATE CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my sister,
SANSA STARK, Clerk of No. 666 Dragon Garden, Wintersmith, in the Republic of Trinidad
and Tobago (hereinafter referred to as “my Attorney”) to be my lawful Attorney and to act on
my behalf in conduct and management of my affairs and in my name, to execute whatever is
necessary with regard to the purchase and conveyance of Lot No 402, Slay Lane, in the
Ward of Queens Landing in the island of Trinidad (hereinafter referred to as the “said
Property”) which is described in the Schedule hereto and to do the following:
1. To transact financial matters, pay all fees, make the required deposit, collect
information, make enquiries, employ such professionals as may be necessary and
obtain relevant documents to effect the purchase and conveyance of the said Property
described in the Schedule hereto.

2. To sign, execute and deliver all documents necessary to secure a mortgage loan at the
Port of Spain Branch of Gold Bank Limited in order to effect the purchase and deed
of conveyance for the said Property described in the Schedule hereto.

3. To execute, sign and deliver as my act and deed the agreement for sale in my capacity
as purchaser of the said Property for the price of SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY
THOUSAND TT DOLLARS ($750,000.00).

4. To sign, deliver and execute all documents necessary to effect the purchase of the said
Property described in the Schedule hereto.

5. To execute, sign and deliver as my act and deed, the deed of conveyance for vesting
the said Property described in the Schedule hereto in my name and to do every other
thing whatsoever which may be necessary or proper for carrying the deed of
conveyance into complete effect and execution in such manner that all my estate right,
title and interest in or to the said Property described in the Schedule hereto may be
effectually and absolutely be conveyed and assured unto my name thereof.

6. To commence and prosecute any action, suit or other proceedings at law against any
person or persons in respect of any of the matters or things herein contained and to
appear and defend action, suits or other proceedings commenced against me or
whereunto I may be a party and also if my Attorney may think fit, to discontinue any
such action or proceedings as aforesaid.

7. This POWER OF ATTORNEY may be revoked by me at any time by written notice


given to my Attorney and will in any event expire on completion of the Agreement
for Sale and conveyance of the said Property as described in the Scheduled hereto.

8. AND I HEREBY DECLARE that the Powers and Authorities by these presents
given to or conferred upon the Attorney shall be exercisable by the Attorney whether I
shall be absent from or present in Trinidad and Tobago.

9. AND for myself, my heirs Executors and Administrators I DO HEREBY RATIFY


AND CONFIRM AND PROMISE at all times to allow, ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever the Attorney shall do or purport to do by virtue of this instrument.

THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain piece or parcel of land situate at No. 101 Calypso Street
in the Ward of Queens Landing in the island of Trinidad comprising FIVE THOUSAND
(5,000) SQUARE FEET known as Lot No. 101 bounded on the North partly by lands of
Ellis Roosevelt on the South by a Road Reserve THREE HUNDRED (300) FEET WIDE
on the East by lands of Denning Rampersad and on the West by lands of Titus Sanderfeld
which said delineated Lot No.101 is seen on the survey plan dated the 25 th day of January,
2019 and a copy of the plan is hereto annexed and marked A.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of January in the year
