Our review of ARG for Project system BBP revealed that Authority Matrix
( Approved Delegation of Authority ) is not mentioned in any of the BBP.

not covered in detail

Number ranges and codification logic


Following details are missing in BBP document which can also be covered in KDS:
• Material number ranges and codification logic
• Number ranges of purchasing document types and their codification
• Linkage of PR document type with PO document type and allowed item
categories

Incomplete KDS and also in draft format


• It is observed that MM KDS is not signed by CTM's and is in the draft mode.
