Bandha

This document discusses various techniques of Kundalini yoga including three main bandhas - Jaalandhara, Moola, and Uddiyana. It explains that performing these bandhas correctly can awaken the sleeping Kundalini goddess, unite the nadi channels, intensify the body's inner heat, and ultimately lead to liberation from samsara and the conquest of death. Regular practice of these techniques for six months is said to lead to siddhis and make one a perfected being.
