    a. Memorandum from RIDMD dated December 31, 2019 with subject
    same as above.
    b. Memorandum from Acting Ex-O, TDIDM dated December 13, 2019..

    2. This pertains to the HOR Meeting on Committee on Trade and Industry


    last November 26, 2019 held at Speaker Jose De Venecia Hall, Ground Floor, South
    Wing Annex, House of the Representatives, Batasan Hills, Quezon City wherein
    various House Bills on Car Park Regulations particularly House Bills Number 386,
    450, 506, 1037, 2125, 2214, 2923, 3215, 3262, 3540, 3559, 4335, 4621, and 4776,
    all pertaining to regulating car park fees in malls, schools, and other similar
    establishments were deliberated upon. The committee requires the following data
    covering CY 2016 to December 31, 2019:

    a. All crimes committed inside pay parking areas; and

    b. Statistics on theft and carnapping incidents committed inside pay


    parking areas

    3. ITCON, submit details and recapitulation of the above mentioned data in


    soft and hard copies to this Office (Attn: PIDMB) NLT 9:00 AM of January 3, 2019
    thru courier or email at [email protected].
