My Reflection in Speech Choir

A speech choir is a group performance

which need a synchronization of voice of each
member. Usually a speech choir perform by
singing and other style with formation and hand
gesture.
Our course facilitator Mrs. Lourdes Dela
Cruz divide us into two groups and task us to
perform a speech using the VGMO of capSU.
During our practice it’s easy for us to create a
choreography. Even though our voice is not
good as we expect but we practice and practice
yet the time is short.
Before the performance my groupmates are
very confident because they see that we are
overhead on another group. So, they stay calm
but during the performance we have forgot
some lines causes a demoralization.
After the performance I realize that being
over confident is not good.

My Reflection in Fundamental Movements
and the Leron-Leron Sinta

We performed the fundamental steps with the music “leron-leron

sinta” it maybe difficult to us to memorize of every steps but exciting
and of course for our enjoyment. Many of us, cannot easily to catch-up
the steps but we continued to practices and practice, so that in the end
we performed perfectly and satisfied. We believe that sayings, “practice
makes perfect” because of that sayings will motivates us so that we
never give up even though can’t easily to memorized the steps.
During our performance, of course we feel nervous in front of many
people, we performed together the non-locomotor and locomotor
movements, that time there are many people who are watching us and
can’t easily to perform in front of public especially if you can’t
memorizes the steps, just because of lack of time to practices so that we
don’t have confident to face in front of them when we performed. Every
time we had a performance, we practice 1 day before the time to
perform.
This fundamental movements explains the health benefits of
moving, through this we can know how to perform in different
movements such as locomotor and non-locomotor movements. It can
help this through our daily life by exercising, strengthen and tone many
muscle groups while burning calories and being gentle on our bones and
joints. And also offers ways to make it more challenging to us. It is
important to us, especially to elders because of their weak body so that
they need to do nor perform this kind of movements to strengthen and
to become a lifestyle but not just for exciting to perform but for
strengthening and exercising our body in order to us to become our body
healthy and to avoid illness. Through this movements also we can
perform to become one of our experience not by exercising our body but
also for enjoyment of every people will performed.

My Reflection in performing the
Common Formations in Rhythmic
Activities and Dance

There is different common formation in

rhythmic activities and dance. The circle,
quadrille or square and miscellaneous
formation. After our discussion as usual Mrs.
Lourdes Dela Cruz group in to two groups and
assign the we must perform the different
common formation in rhythmic activities and
dance.
Before our performance Mr. Tibor facilitate
give us time to practice. During our practice it is
more difficult for us because some of us are not
good in dancing but we try our best to follow
the steps and formation that we created. During
the performance we can that group 1 did well
but we try to do our best and give what we are
takes during our practice.
After the performance I realize that each of
us has a unique that maybe some of us are not
good in speaking but have a spectacular talent in
dancing.
