    Features General Description
    „ Dropout voltage typically 0.65V @ IO = 600mA The G933 positive 3.3V voltage regulator features the
    „ Output current in excess of 600mA ability to source 600mA of output current with a
    „ Output voltage accuracy ±2% dropout voltage of typically 0.65V. A low quiescent
    „ Quiescent current, typically 0.3mA current is provided. The typical quiescent current is
    „ Internal short circuit current limit 0.3mA.
    „ Internal over temperature protection
    Familiar regulator features such as over temperature
    and over current protection circuits are provided to
    prevent it from being damaged by abnormal operating
    conditions.
