GENERAL
Check if Fire extinguisher or ANSUL System is in place
Check battery water, terminals & hold down brackets
Check Air cleaner & replace if service indicator is in red
Check if grease system is operational & grease level in container
Check all oil filler caps seal condition
DIESEL ENGINE
Check Engine Oil Level (Record top ups)
Drain Fuel tank water and sediment
CAB
Check if operators pre-shift checklist is filled in
Check all gauges for correct operation
Check all lights & reverse alarms
Check safety belt & lockout system
Check warning devices E.M.S. Panel
Check if Windscreen wiper is working
Check for broken windows & mirrors
Check if operator's compartment is clean
RADIATOR
Check Radiator cap seal for leaking & report to foreman
Check Radiator core for external blockage
Check all hoses on radiator for leaks
MAINFRAME AND CHASSIS
Check for any damage to upper cart
Clean Belly Plates & check bolts & nuts
Check all V-belts , Fan Belts, Fan Bearings & Guards
Check for missing Track Roller bolts & report to foreman
Check idlers & rollers for leaks and report to foreman
GENERAL LUBRICATION
Grease all grease points
Check Hydraulic Oil level (Record top ups)
Check Final Drive Oil Level (Record top ups)
