Introductio This questionnaire is going to make a difference to you.

n It has been sent to every household in the four villages , and will be
analysed altogether by Gloucestershire Rural Community Council, so that
no individual can be identified.

The questions have been based on the response from the initial consultation
events held recently about the parish plan with individuals and organisations
locally. The /
questions focus on what facilities we want for our villages, what to maintain
and what we can do to improve our natural, built and social environment
within the villages.

Berry Hill, Christchurch and Edge End are villages within the West Dean Parish
and along with other villages within this parish a Parish Plan can be developed
which will give a clear vision to various Agencies of what the community want
for the next 3-5 years, and will be used locally to achieve actions.
