    01 Confirm that the Construction check list completed and no subsequent damage occurred

    02 Confirm that Preservation is removed

    03 Confirm that Pressure relief facilities are correct to drawing & certification available

    04 Confirm that Insulation is to specification and undamaged (M-015A)

    05 Check operability of all valves associated with the vessel

    06 Confirm earth bonding completed

    07 Confirm that Manway(s) closed out with correct gaskets and bolting & C-007B is completed

    08 Check the adjacent (steel) structure for interference with nozzles due to expansion/ contraction

    Test for leaks from the draw-off trays. An allowable leakage rate may be stated in the
    09
    specification or Vendor documents

    10 Confirm any special tools provided are available

    11 Confirm that All isolations in correct position as per PEFS & gaskets correct
