Deustua Ingenieros Consultores S.A.C. is a peruvian consultancy firm, founded in 1998.

We provide a wide variety of MEP-related engineering services: Electrical Engineering, Tele-
communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary and Plumbing Engineering,
Fire Protection Engineering.

With more than 20 years of experience, we have become one of the leading Engineering

Engineering Projects
The main service we provide to our clients is the
development of engineering projects in any of the
different engineering trades.

The engineering projects we develop may include:

ĥ Feasibility and investment studies.

ĥ Conceptual Engineering
ĥ Engineering Projects to obtain the
Construction License.
ĥ Detail Engineering.

Our project deliverables include engineering

drawings, descriptive narrative, calculations memories and technical specifications. These documents
make up the technical file required to obtain the Construction License and the subsequent execution
of the construction works.

Construction Management & Supervision

Our engineering training and years of experience allowed us to develop specialized Know How on the
installation processes of each system in a building. This knowledge leads us to be very demanding
and effective when supervising the execution of the works by the contractors, taking care that the
project is completed on time and complying with the technical scope required by the client.

Our Construction Management and Supervision service is aimed at companies and owners who

Inspection, Testing & Maintenance
The systems installed in a building require to be inspected, tested and maintained periodically by
specialized personnel to detect, diagnose and correct possible failure or shutdown situations. Our
experience in the development of installation projects, gives us the tools and knowledge necessary to
properly manage the maintenance of facilities in a building, in this way the owner will get the peace
of mind that his facilities work correctly and free of fail.

Electrical Engineering
Currently, we are recognized as one of the main Peruvian consulting firms specializing in the prepa-
ration of projects and supervision of electrical engineering works. We have extensive experience in
various projects and have gained prestige for our efficient and profitable solutions.

Our projects include, among others:

ĥ Design of low voltage installations for buildings, industry and mining; including the design of
power networks, lighting, power outlets, etc.
ĥ Design of single-line diagrams, configuration of electrical panels, redundancy systems for
special applications and power backup systems.

Telecommunications Engineering
In recent years, given the high demand from our clients to provide advice in this specialty, we have
successfully ventured into the field of Telecommunications, gaining significant experience and
knowledge that we apply to our projects, generating solutions that offer functionality, efficiency in
information transmission and scalability for future growth.

ĥ Design of Structured Cabling Systems for offices and companies. Including the distribution of
backbone cabling, vertical and horizontal cabling.

Air-Conditioning and Ventilation Engineering

which provide the best performance and efficiency in the use of energy. Our designs range from the
simplest systems (direct expansion) to the most complex and latest technology (chillers with heat
recovery).

Fire Protection Engineering (Safety)
Fire Protection Engineering is a specialty that has become very important in recent years and is
essential for all buildings. In our case, we have been applying it since our inception and we have
designed various projects that today have systems installed and fully operational. We maintain the
policy of being constantly trained in terms of standards and new trends in the specialty.

Our projects include, among others:

ĥ Design of water-based fire extinguishing systems, such as sprinkler networks

and / or fire cabinets.

Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering
Every new building must have a sanitary project that ensures the efficient use of water and the proper

Building Automation Systems

The current trend in the sector leads us to seek to make buildings more efficient in the use of natural
resources and energy. Green buildings usually require an infrastructure that allows monitoring and
supervising the installed systems, in order to achieve savings through rationing, monitoring and
control. However, an automated building allows it to be made more flexible and functional by being
able to centralize all the information from one platform, the Building Management System (BMS),
which shows the current condition of each system in real time.

Gasses, liquied fuels and others
We are certified before OSINERGMIN in the IG3 category, with which we are authorized to design
natural gas installation projects for industrial plants and commercial and residential buildings. We
also have experience in the design of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems and systems for direct
consumption of liquid fuels (diesel).

Our projects include, among others:

Process Instrumentation
Instrumentation is required in industrial and mining projects where the status of each process must
be known in detail. The system allows, through the use of sensors and transmitters, to monitor and
take actions according to the conditions of each process variable.
