4-1 OPERATION OF THE CONTROLLER

How to switch parameters :


The figure below shows the basic operations for the Controller.
If it has not been used for 30 seconds, the display returns to the one just after power-on (PV/SV displayed).

How to set values :


key : One press increases the value by 1.
Press and hold this key to increase the value fast.
key : One press decreases the value by 1.
Press and hold this key to decrease the value fast.
How to register the set data :
Press the key to register displayed values.
Note that the displayed values will be registered in 3 seconds without any operation.

Unpacking
Check the voltage of the machine and the Heater Unit.

Take out the HEATER PLATEN and Accessories from the box.

Check the Accessories.

Check there is no damage of the HEATER PLATEN and Accessories.

Check the voltage of the HEATER CONTROLLER and Heater wiring.

Installation
Turn off the Primary Power SW and disconnect the Power Cable.

Remove the PLATEN PLATEs and SHUTTER PLATEN, and clean the BED
using a cloth with alcohol.

Fix the BED HEATER.


[ Reference position for fixing the BED HEATER ]
2mm from the top of the BED and 10mm from the edge
Make sure the direction of the BED HEATER.

Fix the SPRING BED ASS'Ys to the BED.


Fix the SPRING BED ASS'Y for the THERMOSTAT lastly.

Put the HEATER PLATEN on the BED and bind up the Cables from the
THERMISTOR and THERMOSTAT on the SPRING BED ASS'Y.
Be careful with the position where the Cables are bound up.
Make sure that the Cables are not involved in the FANs.

Fix the SHUTTER PLATEN.

Fix the HEATER PLATEN while pressing the HEATER PLATEN frontward.
Make sure that you fix the MEDIA CLAMP STOPPER.

Bind up the Cables and pull out them through the machine.

Remove the TOP COVER and CHASSIS COVER and connect the CONNECTION CABLE
with the CN9 on the SERVO BOARD.

Fix the TOP COVER and CHASSIS COVER and install the HEATER CONTROLLER.

Fix the PLATE STAY to the HEATER CONTROLLER and TOP COVER.

Fix the DUCT STAY1 and 2 to the machine.

Put the Cables through the DUCT STAY and connect the connectors of the Cables.
