Primarily, I would like to praise my gracious and beneficent Almighty for giving me the
courage and strength to work on this report regarding Networking and Digital Marketing
of Global India Business Pune.
Secondly, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to my
honourable faculty guide Prof.Rohit Oke, faculty of ICFAI Business School, Pune, for
his guidance and constant supervision. He was always there to solve all the problems I
have faced. He always used to direct me how to write the report and kept motivating
me to finish writing the report as early as possible.

ordinator at Global India Business Forum, for her close supervision and helping me by

ABSTRACT

This project consumed huge amount of work, research and dedication. Still,
implementation would not have been possible if we did not have support of many
individuals and organization. Therefore, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all
of them.
It is a genuine pleasure to express my deep sense of thanks and gratitude to my mentor
Ms.Sayali Deshmukh. Her dedication and keen interest above all her overwhelming
attitude to help her students had been solely and mainly responsible for completing my
work. I am very thankful to Global India Business Forum for believing in us and their staff
members for cooperating us.
I owe deep sense of gratitude to Mrs. Deepali Gadkari (Vice President of GIBF) for his
keen interest at every stage of our research. Her prompt inspiration and timely
suggestion with kindness, enthusiasm and dynamism have enabled to complete my
thesis.

encouraging and allowing us to present the project on the topic Networking and Digital
Marketing of Global India Business Forum.

INTRODUCTION

India is a fast growing country and an emerging Super Power. With Indian
Government’s drive for “Make in India" and “Skill Development”, there are
ample opportunities for both Indian and Global companies to run start-ups and
make exponential growth in all business sectors.

In such a dynamic and vibrant business scenario, to promote synergy, a need for
the formation of a common platform was felt. The idea was perceived and
progressed further by Dr. Jitendra Joshi, a successful businessman and
visionary who has over, a glorious 25+ years of experience, in Manufacturing
and Service Industry at Senior Level Management in numerous MNC
companies.

To fulfil this need and to bring together business professionals from


various segments like Automobile, Engineering, FMCG, Chemical,
Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Heavy Metal, Service Industry etc, Global India
Business Forum (GIBF) is created. GIBF will consist of members from all
fields of business, industry, academics and other professions without any
segment boundaries. GIBF has its head office in Delhi, Corporate Office in
Pune, India and Global offices in Dubai, USA, UK, Singapore and China. It also
has a presence at Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata & Cuttack in India.

OBJECTIVES

 To provide a common platform for businesses and entrepreneurs to


share ideas & experiences for entrepreneurial development

 Creating and building a World Business Community for the prosperity


of businesses globally

 To understand the effective way of communication to entrepreneurs and


businessman.

 To provide connectivity and build awareness of GLOBAL INDIA BUSINESS


FORUM (GIBF) through cold calling.

 To study the details of the companies and accordingly assign them awards
categories.

 Learn to draft corporate emails and letters for awards.

 To understand the selection process of businessman for recommendation of


awards

LIMITATIONS

 We had limited time for market analysis, data collection and interpretation.
 Very huge number of data which may consist of unauthentic no genuine
details due to which we were unable to get connected with some targeted
clients.
 We faced some difficulties while making commercial conversions with the
clients
 Limited time to get the awardees for the event

METHODOLOGY

The major part of it falls under Lead Generation, Public relations and
Communications.
There was a combined usage of Primary Data and Secondary Data

Primary data-Collecting data from Google, LinkedIn, Facebook.


And websites like Yourstories.com, bizbuy.in, wiz.com, ET.in

Actions, steps, procedure I follow while doing work are my actions should be fast
when player ask something I have to flaunt my response immediately when there
is a need, steps I follow is proper time management skills at what time what I
have to do there is schedule given by my mentor and by following those steps I
will complete the tasks within time and procedure I follow is when any doubt
raised for me about anything I myself won’t take any decision instantly rather I
would call my mentor ask him and takes the help to solve the doubt and clear the
problem.

There are many things that I got to learn during this internship through various experiences
and guidance by the company mentors and other senior employees who helped and guided
us whenever need and also made us learning new and essential things important for anyone
to survive in the corporate world.

CONCLUSION

I had a great experience working with Global India Business Forum, the supervisors
helped in developing my communications, data extraction and many more which
will help me in my further corporate life.
Also interacting with many customers of the company and also generating potential
customers was a part of my job which helped me a lot in developing my skills.
The company also gave us many tasks that were done by the core team members
so that we get to learn everything in and out of the ideology of concept selling which
is done at Global India Business Forum.
