TRAINING CUM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
STEAG Energy Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. – a wholly owned subsidiary of STEAG Energy
Services GmbH, Germany - a recognized service provider of engineering and O&M services in
power sector in India and abroad, is announcing induction of new batch under the scheme of
high quality one year training in all aspects of thermal power plant engineering and O&M
with guaranteed employment in the company. Training shall be imparted at STEAG
Power Plant Learning Center at Noida recognized by Central Electricity Authority (CEA),
Government of India, under Indian Electricity Rules. Details of scheme are as under:
1. Eligibility criteria and Training Fee

2. Type, duration, date of commencement of training, fee and stipend
2.1 Type of Training: Sandwich course combining theoretical and practical training
followed by on-job training. On successful completion of training, a certificate to this
effect as per provisions of Indian Electricity Rules shall be issued.
2.2 Duration: 6 months sandwich course followed by another 6 months live project
exposure at corporate office or various O&M sites of the Company.
2.3 Date of Commencement of Training - February 03, 2020.
2.4 Fee: ₹ 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) payable in two equal
installments – ₹ 1,25,000/- (One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand) will be payable
before joining the training program and the balance ₹ 1,25,000/- (One Lakh and
Twenty Five Thousand) will be payable after sixth months of the training.
2.5 Stipend: After six months of training, GETs shall be paid a stipend of ₹ 10,000/- per
month for remaining six months training period.
3. Appointment
After successful completion of one year sandwich training program candidates shall be
absorbed in the company as detailed below:

4. Selection
Short listed candidates will be called for an interview on December 19 and 20, 2019 at
10.00 AM at location notified to them. Results shall be notified on January 02, 2020 on
the company website. Successful candidates would be required to pass medical tests as
per attached format.
5. Submission of documents and fees
Acceptance of offer, Medical Report and a Bank draft of ₹ 1,25,000/- (Rs. One Lakh
and Twenty Five Thousand only) in favour of STEAG Energy Services (India) Pvt.
Ltd., payable at Noida/New Delhi should be sent by the selected GET candidates to
our corporate office in Noida by courier by January 16, 2020.
Payment for First Installment of Training Fee can also be made through Online Payment
mode by remitting directly to the following Bank account:

Second installment fee of ₹ 1,25,000/- (Rs One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand only)
has to be paid after six months from the date of commencement of training period.
If the fee from the selected candidates is not received as per the above schedule,
opportunity shall be extended to waitlisted candidates. All successful candidates who
fulfill these requirements shall be asked to report on the date of commencement of
training as indicated in point 2 above.
