    GIRAFFE CHESS Business Plan

    1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

    Giraffe chess is a new chess variant innovated by students of Andhra Pradesh state, Nadamala
    Sai Kiran Reddy and Nadamala Bhagya shree in the year 2012.This is world’s first and only draw
    less chess game. The Giraffe Chess board comprises of 68 squares adding two giraffes on both the
    sides. These giraffes are placed behind King and Queen. As the giraffes are long necked animals,
    representing that giraffes on the board jump four steps in a long L shape, just like horse which
    jumps three steps in a short L shape.

    Any players of Giraffe Chess game can only be a winner or runner as there is no question of draw
    and there are three ways of winning like 1.Checkmate Win,2.Stalemate win,3.Crowning win, a new
    way of winning in Giraffe Chess Game i.e., if white king reaches Black Kings home or Black king
    reaches White kings home, whoever reaches first is considered as the winner.
    1.1Objectives:
    To popularize this new Giraffe Chess, starting with Proddatur town, more than 150
    awarness camps have been conducted in schools followed by School level Competitions during the
    weekends. And during the weekends, every Sunday Town level Giraffe Chess tournament is being
    conducted for school Children. Alongside Andhra Pradesh, in Chennai so far 68 tournaments have
    been conducted. Overall 135+ tournaments have been conducted with more than 1000 players,
    including Town level, District level and state level cash prize competitions.

    To introduce this game across India by 2021.
    MISSION:
    To conduct 10000+ awareness camps across India.

    NO DRAW-LESS TIME-AIM FOR WIN

    1.3 Marketing strategy:

    1.3.1 Positioning statement:


    Our product is exclusively for the young and talented chess known
    players. For those who knows Chess it just takes 2 min to explain this game.

    1.3.2 Pricing Strategy:


    As this is a new product in chess we are providing you Giraffe chess set at a
    reasonable price of 139 which is very cheap and best.

    1.3.3 Promotion strategy :


    As we are coming up with a stall we will first explain about this new drawless
    chess game. As the board is unique and quite different people can’t understand why there are 64
    squares in chess? We are going to give explanation through videos and pamphlets. We are going
    to conduct a small awareness camp about this new chess variant which is going to make
    revolutions in chess game.

    1.3.4 Marketing programmes:


    As this is a new chess game we started promoting it in the schools and
    colleges by conducting awareness camps daily and by conducting tournaments every Sunday.
