LR62 (0+000-0+045) RHS Shoulder Has Been Damaged

The shoulder on the right hand side of LR62 from 0+000 to 0+045 has been damaged and needs repair. Additionally, soil that has been dumped on the left hand side of LR62 between 0+000 and 0+010 needs to be moved to a proper stockpile area. Work is required on both sides of the road to repair damage and properly handle construction materials.
